refer to Sadafal, operated by M/s Vishesh Media. 
Sadafal operates this store and website, including 
all related information, content, features, tools, 
products and services, in order to provide you, 
the customer, with a curated shopping experience 
(the "Services"). Sadafal is powered by Shopify, 
which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any 
policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" 
or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities 
when you use the Services.

appearance may differ slightly from how they appear 
on your screen due to the type of device you use

purchased by you will be exactly identical to how 
it is depicted on our store. Natural variations in 
colour, consistency, or aroma may occur between 
batches, as Sadafal is a natural, single-ingredient, 
Wood Pressed product and not a synthetic, 
standardised formulation.

All descriptions of products are subject to change 
at any time without notice at our sole discretion. 
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at 
any time and may limit the quantities of any product 
we offer to any person or region, on a case-by-case 
basis.

Sadafal is intended for external (topical) use on the face, skin, hair and body only, as described on our product packaging and website. Sadafal is not intended for internal use, ingestion, or consumption of any kind. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a known nut allergy, 
sensitive skin condition, or any medical concern, 
please consult a qualified physician before use, 
and perform a patch test before first use as 
recommended on our packaging.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to 
purchase. Sadafal reserves the right to accept or 
decline your order for any reason at its discretion. 
Your order is not accepted until Sadafal confirms 
acceptance. We must receive and process your payment 
before your order is accepted. Please review your 
order carefully before submitting, as Sadafal may 
be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after 
an order has been dispatched.

In the event that we do not accept, make a change 
to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify 
you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or 
phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return, refund, or 
cancellation solely in accordance with our Refund 
Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are 
for your own personal or household use and not for 
commercial resale or export, unless otherwise agreed 
with us in writing.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to 
change without notice. The price charged for a 
product will be the price in effect at the time the 
order is placed and will be set out in your order 
confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly

taxes but exclusive of any shipping or COD charges, 
which will be shown separately at checkout.

Services that may affect pricing and that are

a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms

purchases made on our store. You agree to promptly

we can complete your transactions and contact you 
as needed.

payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges 
incurred by you will be honoured by your bank or 
payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges 
incurred by you at the posted prices, including 
shipping, COD charges (if applicable), and all 
applicable taxes.

Shipping and delivery of orders are governed by our 
Shipping Policy. All delivery times stated are 
estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not 
liable for delays caused by courier partners,

outside our control. Once we hand over products to 
our courier partner, risk of loss or damage in 
transit is covered as described in our Shipping

Sadafal's name, logo, product name, packaging design, 
and slogans are trademarks of M/s Vishesh Media. You 
must not use these without our prior written 
permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks 
are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other names, 
logos, and marks on the Services are the property 
of their respective owners.

release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, 
damages, and liabilities arising from or related to 
your purchases and transactions with Sadafal.
