REFUND POLICY — SADAFAL

We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your 
Sadafal almond oil. This policy explains how 
returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to 
request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet 
ALL of the following conditions:

✔ The bottle's tamper-proof seal must be 
  completely intact and unbroken
✔ The product must be unopened and unused
✔ The item must be in its original packaging, 
  including the outer box
✔ You must have your order number or proof 
  of purchase

Because Sadafal is a personal care oil, we cannot accept returns on any bottle where the seal has been opened or broken, for hygiene and safety reasons. This is 
standard practice for personal care and food-grade 
products and protects both you and future customers.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, email us at 
care@sadafalofficial.com or WhatsApp us at 
+91 95211 77748 with:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the unopened, sealed product

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, 
send the order to the address mentioned below.

Returns sent to us without first requesting and 
receiving approval will not be accepted, and we 
will not be responsible for items shipped back 
to us without prior confirmation.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS & WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. 
If your bottle arrives damaged, broken, leaking, 
or if you received the wrong item, contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery at 
care@sadafalofficial.com or WhatsApp us at 
+91 95211 77748 with photos of the 
product, packaging, and shipping label.

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no 
extra cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

✗ Any bottle with a broken or opened seal
✗ Items purchased on sale, discount, or as 
  part of a promotional bundle
✗ Products without original packaging
✗ Orders past the 7-day return window

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, 
contact us before sending anything back — we are 
happy to clarify.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, 
we will notify you by email whether your refund 
has been approved.

If approved:

PREPAID ORDERS: Refund will be processed to your 
original payment method within 7–10 business days 
of approval. Please allow additional time for your 
bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

COD ORDERS: Since there is no original payment 
method to refund to, COD refunds will be processed 
via UPI or bank transfer. We will contact you to 
collect these details once your refund is approved.

If more than 15 business days have passed since 
your refund was approved and you have not received 
it, please contact us at care@sadafalofficial.com

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they 
are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it 
cannot be cancelled — you may request a return 
instead, following the conditions above, once the 
item is delivered.
