SHIPPING POLICY — SADAFAL
At Sadafal, every order is packed with care and
shipped through trusted courier partners to reach
you safely and on time. This policy explains how
we process, ship, and deliver your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within
2–4 working days after order confirmation.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will
be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation and
shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS
once your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days for most
locations across India.
Remote Areas (Northeast India, J&K, islands,
and other remote pin codes): 7–15 business days.
Delivery timelines exclude Sundays and public
holidays and may vary based on courier
serviceability in your area.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders of
₹799 and above.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹120 applicable on
prepaid orders below ₹799.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at a flat
fee of ₹120 per order, applicable regardless
of order value.
Note: COD charges apply to all COD orders.
Free shipping above ₹799 applies only to
prepaid orders.

SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship across India, including
remote and Northeast regions, subject to
courier serviceability at your pin code.
Some remote or restricted pin codes may have
limited courier access or attract additional
charges. If this applies to your order, our
team will contact you before dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, Sadafal ships only within India
through our standard checkout process.
For international orders, please contact us
directly at sadafalofficial@gmail.com or via
WhatsApp at +91-97827-99933 before placing
an order. We will confirm feasibility, shipping
charges, and delivery timelines on a case-by-case
basis. International orders are not eligible
for free shipping or COD.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive
a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use
this link to track your order in real time
until delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking link within
5 working days of placing your order, please
contact us at sadafalofficial@gmail.com.

UNDELIVERED OR REFUSED ORDERS
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect
address, customer unavailability, or refusal to
accept the order, the package will be returned
to us (RTO).
For COD orders that are refused at the doorstep,
shipping and COD charges already incurred are
non-refundable. Repeat refusals or fraudulent
COD orders may result in future orders from
that account being restricted to prepaid only.

PACKAGING & SAFETY
Every Sadafal order is securely packed in
protective packaging to prevent damage or
breakage during transit. Our amber glass
bottles are cushioned to ensure they reach
you intact.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to deliver within the stated
timelines, occasional delays may occur due to
courier logistics, weather, regional disruptions,
or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery concerns are addressed only after 15
days from the date of order placement, to allow
sufficient time for courier transit.
This policy does not cover delays caused by
natural calamities, strikes, regional restrictions,
or other force major events.
